Every pharma IT team now asks the same question, and it’s a good one: when we use your platform, what leaves our boundary?

More of our customers run their own contained LLM environments. Anything that touches a model outside that perimeter needs an answer before procurement will move. So here is ours.

ReactWise runs on two different kinds of intelligence, and they handle data very differently.

Our optimization engine is based on probabilistic machine learning with bespoke acquisition functions that decide which experiments to run next. Statistics and mathematics, running in our isolated AWS environment. Your experimental data never reaches a third-party model provider, because no model provider is involved in that part of the product at all. Models are trained and then discarded in real time.

Vera, our AI assistant, runs on @Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock. Under AWS terms, content sent to Bedrock is not used to train any foundation model and is not shared with model providers. Traffic runs over PrivateLink rather than the public internet. Nothing is shared across customers. Using Vera is entirely optional.

ISO 27001 certified, SOC 2 Type 2 audited, independently penetration tested.

Full certifications are in our trust center: https://www.reactwise.com/trust-and-security
