Philipp completed his PhD in Artificial Intelligence at JKU Linz, focusing on generative models for drug discovery with expertise in deep learning applications for chemistry, molecular design, and computational drug development. He leads the Bayesian Optimization and Machine Learning efforts at ReactWise.

Henrique pursued his PhD in Chemistry at the University of Cambridge, focusing on cheminformatics, laboratory automation for HTE, and machine learning methods for accelerating chemical research and development.

Kaiman conducted his PhD in Chemistry at the University of Bristol, focusing on biocatalysis with expertise in total synthesis, chemistry automation, computational chemistry, and molecular biology. He leads chemistry efforts and HTE platform development at ReactWise.

Adam studied Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge, specialising in electrochemistry. He previously worked in strategy consulting and now supports both day-to-day operations and longer-term strategic initiatives at ReactWise.

Seyhan leads frontend engineering and design, focusing on creating intuitive, human-centered interfaces. As an Imperial Computing graduate, he ensures ReactWise’s sophisticated tools remain powerful yet effortless to navigate.

Sean leads backend engineering, focusing on data security and scalable cloud architecture. He brings over 2 decades experience across API development, systems development, DevOps, and SaaS platforms.

Nemanja is a full-stack engineer and Imperial College London graduate. He brings extensive experience building scalable web applications in research-driven environments, working across frontend, backend, and data systems to turn complex scientific workflows into robust, intuitive software.

Klavs Jensen is the Warren K. Lewis Professor of Chemical Engineering at MIT and a pioneer of flow chemistry and automated reaction engineering. His work spans continuous-flow reactor design, machine learning for chemistry, and self-driving laboratories, transforming how chemical processes are developed, optimized, and scaled.

Steven Ley is a Professor of Organic Chemistry at the University of Cambridge and a former President of the Royal Society of Chemistry. He developed over 140 total syntheses for natural products, and has pioneered continuous flow chemistry for multi-step synthesis publishing more than 900 academic research papers over 50 years.

Alexei is a Professor of Sustainable Reaction Engineering at the University of Cambridge. His research group focuses on sustainable manufacturing of molecules, formulations, and functional materials by developing machine learning methods and Big Data approaches to design reaction pathways for a circular economy.

Connor is an Assistant Professor of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at the University of Nottingham. His research group focuses on self-driving laboratories for autonomous reaction optimization, data-rich experimentation, and the integration of machine learning with chemical engineering to accelerate discovery.

Peter, the founder and author of Great Demo! and Doing Discovery, supports ReactWise in sales and marketing objectives by making their discovery conversations competitively outstanding and their demos crisp, compelling and surprisingly effective. Peter has experience as an individual contributor, manager and C-level team member in marketing, sales, and business development.
