A year ago ReactWise did one thing: it told you which experiment to run next. Now we support the CMC pipeline from the first plate to scale-up readiness.
We rebuilt the site this week, mostly because that one-line description had stopped being encompassing.
What’s there now, roughly in the order a campaign moves through it:
HTE Designer. Hit screening for medicinal chemistry and process HTE in one place. General reaction conditions proposed across a substrate set, arranged into a layout a liquid handler can execute, with stock solutions calculated and worklists generated for the most common instruments.
MemoryBO. Optimization that doesn’t start from zero. It learns from your previous campaigns, and through ZeroShotAPI it draws on models pretrained on data from our own lab - including the failed conditions that never reach a paper.
Solvent Selector. Greener alternatives identified while there’s still time to act on them, which is before scale-up rather than during it.
Kinetics360. First-principles kinetic models built from your time-series data. Mechanisms, orders, and rate parameters you can interrogate, and simulations of conditions you haven’t run.
