We’re proud to announce that ReactWise, in partnership with A&B Smart Materials and the University of Warwick Polymer Group, has been awarded a £91,250 equity-free grant from the Henry Royce Institute, the UK’s National Institute for Advanced Materials Research.
This funding will support the cutting-edge R&D of sustainable, biodegradable superabsorbent polymers (SAPs). Their usage applies to hygiene products, agriculture, construction and more. As part of the project team, ReactWise will contribute to the technical and strategic execution of this important innovation.
We'll be working alongside Professor Sébastien Perrier’s group at Warwick and A&B on this mission to replace conventional synthetic SAPs with bio-based alternatives that reduce plastic waste and support a circular economy.
A big thank you to the Henry Royce Institute for backing this initiative. This is an important step toward a more sustainable materials future.
