4 cities. 37 face-to-face meetings. 7 weeks on the road. And a reminder that the best insights don’t live in slides, but in lab visits.

Over the past two months, we traveled across the US - visiting client sites, touring their labs, and sitting down for real conversations about their toughest challenges in process development.

This was the longest continuous work trip I’ve ever done, and it reminded me that building a company isn’t just about ideas or strategy - it’s also about communication, trust, and the discipline to keep moving.

Nothing replaces seeing a problem firsthand: the instruments, the data flow, the people behind every experiment. Many lab tours and coffee chats revealed nuances we’d never spot over Zoom or email.

The insights we gathered are already shaping our next product updates and collaborations.

We’re incredibly excited about the new clients we’ve onboarded and those soon to come as we work together to accelerate discovery and make process optimization faster, smarter, and more intuitive.

Huge thanks to everyone who opened their labs and shared their challenges so openly.

These conversations are what shape our roadmap and remind us that innovation is always a team sport.

Here’s us working from a shared workspace in Boston - gearing up for a big presentation.
